She's the creative brains behind the company name after her community dubbed her the "fart" girl for using the phrase "fart and dart" when it came to unethical marketing practices. She’s known for her deep creativity and unique perspective when it comes to content creation and brand messaging. She has an International Business degree, over 18 years of marketing experience with personal and corporate brands, and certifications in Neuro-Linguistic Programming and hypnotherapy. When she's not geeking out over marketing strategies, you can most likely find her dancing in the kitchen with her 2 young daughters & husband, throwing pottery on her pottery wheel or curled up with a good book & her 2 cats.

Meet our resident client success manager, Rachel. She's known as the ultimate question master who's obsessed with studying human behavior. Rachel has a degree in French Education & Psychology, with a Masters in Educational Leadership & Technology. After spending 7 years in a high school classroom, she took her extensive knowledge on how the human brain processes information and created her coaching business which quickly reached 6 figures. After meeting Ashley Mae in a business mastermind, she decided to join forces and plunge into business partnership. When she's not keeping things running smoothly, she's likely enjoying a good book (or podcast!) with scolding hot coffee, decluttering her home, or hosting dance and karaoke parties with her husband and three kids.

Meet our resident web designer, Jake. Known as the 'Jake of all Trades,' he brings a wealth of experience in design, tech, and business to every project. With a degree in Business Finance, Jake began his career as a Senior Financial Analyst in the banking industry. But his passion for creativity led him to launch an award-winning event lighting design company in 2010, where he transformed spaces for everything from intimate wedding receptions to large-scale corporate celebrations for Fortune 500 companies. After exiting the events industry in 2020, Jake turned his focus to digital marketing and web design. Since then, he’s built a wide range of websites for clients, including best-selling authors, media brands, and small to medium-sized businesses. When he’s not nerding out on the latest tech and design trends, Jake loves spending time with his wife and two sons at the local amusement park, where they ride roller coasters and enjoy their fair share of junk food.
